Henry's Half Birthday Milestone

Six months old yesterday... here's some pics of Henry doing one of the things he does best; eating! He's in his brand new whiz bang high chair.

At this stage Henry has enjoyed eating rice cereal, peach, banana, broccoli, corn, zucchini, pumpkin, carrot, blueberry, chicken, risoni,  vegemite on toast and yoghurt!

He loves feeding himself with a spoon too :-)

Garden Finally Getting There

Not a blue tongue in sight

Dale and I have done a lot in the garden in the last couple of weeks. Two trailer loads of rubbish gone, we probably still have at least one more to go, but things are finally starting to get back to normal. We bought a hedge trimmer and finally used it over the weekend... It's a transformation in progress.

Hailstorm

This was a few days ago now, but check out the pictures of the hail that we had... both cars were out of the garage, so as we heard the crashes on our house's tin roof we stood there wondering if our cars were insured for hail damage. In fact Dale was thinking that his car becoming a write off would be even easier than trying to sell it! In the end though, there was not a mark, just an impressive scene as everything looked like it had been covered in snow.

Delicious!

Just had to post a picture of what I made for dinner last night, because it looked so good on the platter! Mum and Dad gave me the book "Delicious - More Please" for Christmas and it is out of there. Highly recommend the Greek Lamb Meatball Salad!

Happy Henry

If you had told me 2 or 3 months ago what a smiley happy baby Henry would become, I don't know if I would have believed you! These days he almost smiles on command. His laughter is just a bit infectious and he can laugh at the simplest things. Today it was my jolting him on my knees and saying a-tishoo after he had had a big sneeze. This got huge laughs from him at least 20 times! Thanks to Mum to taking these pics during our skype session :-)
