Weekend Fun

I love weekends like this when you have just the right mix of relaxation and productivity! Saturday saw us shopping in the Canberra Centre and spending an hour or so at Glebe Park, while today we had a morning at home, washing the dogs, mowing the lawns and cleaning windows, followed up by a little trip to Bunnings. We came home with strawberry seedlings and some herbs amongst other things, so in the afternoon we planted these and enjoyed some strawberries from the fridge since Henry couldn't wait that long for "stawbbies"!

Garden Finally Getting There

Dale and I have done a lot in the garden in the last couple of weeks. Two trailer loads of rubbish gone, we probably still have at least one more to go, but things are finally starting to get back to normal. We bought a hedge trimmer and finally used it over the weekend... It's a transformation in progress.
